legs felt no more tired than after a normal saturday, so i guess i recovered well from a big day yesterday. it was cooler than past weeks, but still kind of humid. my left it started hurting around mile 5 and i stopped at mile 7 for a drink and did a quick (5 sec?) stretch which seemed to take care of it for the rest of the run. Cadence was 88, 90, and 88 when I counted.
