rode alone. there was a bit of a tailwind, so my times look fast. I didn't have HR strap. I had eaten a protein bar at 4:30, but that must have been a bad idea, because my stomach started cramping pretty bad on the way back after the 1st interval and was burping, near throwing up on 2nd. Let up some towards the end because of a car in the way, then had to completely stop early when i got to a 2nd car and oncoming traffic.
