feeling better after about 10 hrs sleep and some allergy medicine.

80 minutes easy + 20 minutes @ 80%.

obviously, the HR data is bad. I haven't had time to replace the battery in my HR strap to see if that fixes it. ran at what felt really easy for the first 80 minutes, hitting the hilly loop portion of the trail at the end. (i was alone but chatted some to people as i passed them). I picked it up a little bit too much at first (~85%) and then backed off to 80%. left IT was a little sore, but legs didn't feel tired.
