Notes

Nothing much...myrtl routine, light quads, bridge ups for butt/hamstrings. Would have liked to do another round of planks but just feeling a little tired and ready to eat.

Later in the evening got some nice stretching in and worked on the quads and calves...outer right ankle a bit tender. The 100 strides likely to blame for some new soreness.
