pretty hot and humid. forgot to wear my heart strap.
tried to run 60 minutes @ 9:37.
Then ran 6 100 meter strides. probably need to calm down a bit on these, because they tend to hurt my leg and frankly I am sprinting them and I'm certain I'm not meant to do that.
felt a little challenging, which I believe was due to the heat. Also, this area is so hilly, and I always forget that.
