Temp 46 Wind 5 mph.
4 x 5:00 Minutes @ 5K Effort w/ 3:00 Minute Jog Intervals. After HM training, have no idea what 5K is. Will do this 100% on feel. Garmin set for time alerts. Display only shows time. No goals, no expectations, no limits, just run 'em under control. Will not know splits until its all over.

Legs still a little tired. Cardio fine, had another one or one and a half in me at #2 or #3 effort. See what happends when I take this to the streets and hills next week.
