post DMB crazy week without much running - good for heel, kinda...bad for heel, no running but concerting, pick your poison, ha.
Hadn't run in 4 days, only did 7.5 last week. Went out for 4, but kept adding more mentally until I finally settled on 7. Heel decent, and cardio good too considering. Needed this confidence boost as I continue to debate teh Erie half in less than 3 weeks, ha.
