Great cool running day on one of my favorite trails. Garmin would not pick up for about a mile but we did one of my favorite loops. Legs felt really good today. Not sure if it was the 3 days rest or Dates or supplements I tried this AM but all was good! Alan and I had a snack at one of the best viewpoints on Springer not on the AT then Took a run back to Three Forks On the BMT. Many folks on the AT section but only one lone hiker on the BMT. Nice to See the enjoy the Southern Terminus for both trails today with Alan. Took a very cold dip in Long creek after the run feeling baptized by the Appalachian spirits.
