Very difficult run for me today. Felt like my legs could not climb. I think it was the compression socks partly. Will try not wearing them on the next long run. Otherwise I still ate only food no gels or GU. That part felt great but the ups on this run were horrible. The trail blazer for Duncan Ridge Trail must not have believed in switch backs because I think there were only 4 total in this 16 miles of trail :(
