Walked hard with John up and down Koch Road with Zephyr. I didn't want to run two days in a row but was excited to get out because for the first time since I have started back running (or walking for that matter) my ankle did not hurt last night. Very good news and it felt fine on the road today too. Maybe turning a corner!
