Ran with Tony and did the short loop on top. I didn't walk to start out as I had warmed my ankle up pretty well before the run. This seemed to work fine and the only walking I did was the short uphill stretch at the half mile mark.
I struggled a bit on the hills on the return section, running and talking are not going together very well yet.
Super happy to run a full 5 miles though even though it wasn't very smooth! Ankle remains achey, no better, no worse.
