60-90 min Medium Long Run
Not a fun run, woke up feeling like crap. Took some alka-seltzer something during the day and that mostly made my throat stop hurting, but I still just felt totally drained when I started running. Miserable first 30 minutes, then after that started to feel slightly better. Probably could have gotten to 90, but I added on a little bit around the school and then didn't feel like extending a crappy run further. Hopefully a good night's sleep will make me feel better and I will get in a 30/75 double tomorrow.
