Shakeout

Easy shakeout on my own, felt great. Weight still going in the right direction, diet has been good so far. Really important that I establish good eating habits from the beginning of the summer. Next week will probably be the hardest week of the summer in that respect, so if I can stay disciplined I can set the tone for the whole year.
