Easy Monday run. Did my normal home shakeout loop and then ran to Ilka's. Felt fine, left hip is still annoyingly tight. Need to roll.

Ok I think it's the tensor fasciae latae, whats the best way to get at that, with the roller?

a ball... bend your knee so your foot is up, put the ball on the sore spot and let foot slowly drop side to side...also just rolling on the ball
