Not a bad run. We went down to the bike path, and planned on going out far enough that we could walk up the hill at the end. Didn't take splits, but have a rough idea of the pace. First 55' we ran pretty much all the way to Albany, then I stopped at a porta potty to turn me tights right side out. When I stepped outside- I had been ABANDONED. So I ran back on my own, going like ~6:50s. All in all a decent run, I was fairly sore but the entire run was flat so I was able to manage just fine.
Not a great week, missed a double, only one lift, and legs hurt for most of it. Back in PEMBROKE next week though and will be killing it.
